Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino is throwing in $1.5 million worth of designer furniture—and a signed football to facilitate the sale of his $13.5 million,15,000-square-foot Tuscan home on four acres in Weston, Florida.
The home has 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and two powder rooms. The property includes two guest houses, a pool, a putting green, a 5,000-bottle wine cellar and a pond stocked with fresh bass.
Now, the home is being offered fully furnished, says listing agent Giselle Bonetti of One Sotheby’s Realty, which is marketing the property with Quintessentially Estates.

Hanley Ramirez is selling his eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom palace in Weston, Florida. The mansion, which is about 30 minutes outside of Fort Lauderdale, is on the market for $3.99 million. It’s tucked inside a gated community called Windmill Reserve and abuts a nature preserve.
“Ramirez purchased the home while playing for the Miami Marlins and has owned it for ten years now,” said listing agent Giselle Bonetti in a statement. “He’s enjoyed the sprawling estate and its surrounding privacy, but has decided to relocate.”

Major League Baseball player Asdrúbal Cabrera sold his Southwest Ranches mansion for $7.4 million.
Records show the Cincinnati Reds third baseman sold the house at 1700 Stratford Court to a Delaware-registered entity. Cabrera and his wife Lismar Del Valle Barrios bought the 2.6-acre property in 2016 for $1 million. The two-story, modern home was built last year.

Baseball star Asdrúbal Cabrera sold his custom-built South Florida mansion for $7.41 million this week.
Part of a gated community in Southwest Ranches in Broward County, the 9,363-square-foot residence sits on a more than 2.5-acre lot and has sunset views from nearly every room, according to Giselle Bonetti of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Weston office. She shared the listing with Nayrobi Garcia, also of Coldwell Banker.
The home was first listed in December 2020 for $8.9 million, according to listing records. The price was cut to $8.3 million in July. Mr. Cabrera, 35, and his wife, Lismar Del Valle Barrios, bought the underlying property in 2016 for $1 million, according to property records.

Cincinnati Reds third baseman Asdrúbal Cabrera, a former MLB All-Star; and Lismar Del Valle Barrios, his wife; sold their mansion in Southwest Ranches for $7.41 million.
The 9,300-square-foot home at 17000 Stratford Court in Landmark Ranch Estates was purchased by 17000 Stratford LLC. The cash buyer is a Delaware-registered company, so it’s not clear who manages it.
Coldwell Banker Realty’s Giselle Bonetti and Nayrobi Garcia represented the sellers in the deal, while the buyer worked with Miguel Serrano with Douglas Elliman. They said the $791 price per square foot was a record for Landmark Ranch Estates, which is one of the wealthiest communities in western Broward County.
